Hello dear Friends, this is an antique plant stand or pedestal. Marked with the old Wheeling pottery mark on the inside. Some normal usage wear mostlyon the gold trimming. She is still a very beautiful piece. She is about 16 inches high and almost 13 across. Great colors! Possible repair on the bottom but not that noticeable.
